We are so happy to have “Hogan”, now re-named “Jack” – formally known as “Jack Hogan Peters”, as part of our family!  Everybody, meaning Deuce, our 6 yr. old male black lab, and Bronx the 2 yr. old male cat, is adjusting to the extra animal in the house.  Jack also is making some adjustments, eating, drinking, walking, playing, sleeping, AND being in the crate at night and when we’re out of the house!

Even visitors and neighbors are impressed with the new, handsome pup as we take our walks every night!

It’s especially heartwarming to how he has buddied up with our 23 yr. old son, Nick, Jack follows him everywhere, and Nick enjoys the attention too!  Deuce is losing the aggressive, male posturing as the week goes on, and Jack is getting more playful, no hackles and snarling on anybody’s part!

Meal times and toy sharing is still a little tentative, but we’re working these issues out too.
